Playing the piano was a real hobby of mine. I took lessons from age 8 to 27.  I used to own a wonderful Steinway.  One of the abilities I lost when I got ataxia was that I cannot make quick eye movements any more, and so I lost the ability to read sheet music.  I do miss playing.
