  • Natural Fiber Insulation: Materials like cotton, hemp, wool, and cork provide sustainable insulation alternatives with good thermal and acoustic properties.

Choosing the right insulation depends on factors like thermal resistance (R-value), fire safety, moisture control, soundproofing, environmental impact, and cost.

Building codes and green building certifications increasingly emphasize insulation performance as a way to achieve energy efficiency targets and reduce carbon footprints.

Beyond thermal benefits, insulation materials contribute to acoustic comfort by reducing noise transmission between rooms and from outside sources.
